Angelina Bennet

Angelina is known for her innovative approach to developing effective, productive leaders and her award-winning change leadership. While her work is rigorously backed by research, she engages with a combination of perceptive questioning and a warm, personable, non-judgemental style. As a music obsessive, when not at a gig, Angelina can be found playing guitar, practising yoga or tap dancing.

Angelina is a Chartered Psychologist who specialises in raising self-awareness to enable people to realise their potential and overcome barriers to effectiveness. She’s worked with a wide range of clients in both public and private sectors including NHS, Civil Service, European Space Agency, HSBC, Procter and Gamble, RBS, Pfizer, Astra Zeneca, Canopius, Mitie, Interserve, Met Office, Moorhouse Consulting, Alstom, Amway, Euronet, Adidas, Equinix AXA, The British Army, Imperial College, University of Westminster, Kenexa and Costain.

Angelina has a reputation for bringing leading-edge thinking to her work. Her experience with a broad range of methods means she can quickly tailor her approach to best suit the client’s needs. Clients and colleagues find her approachable and trustworthy, which helps them to build rapport quickly and feel safe sharing their experiences both individually and in groups. She’s a regular speaker at personality and coaching conferences world-wide and is continuously developing new ideas and expanding on existing knowledge of personality theory and its applications to coaching and team dynamics. She is the author of The Shadows of Type and a contributor to several other personality and coaching publications.
