I have indeed made the move to a new role, which started in December immediately after my wedding, so was a busy end to the year! It’s actually continuing to change as, as of last week I have an even newer role and have been promoted to Commercial Director… with a much more commercial remit and focus. It’s early days, but I am much happier and really enjoying the new challenges (and the 50% increase in package!). A genuine thank you for your coaching and counsel and for helping me to realise I was ready for the next step.
