Jabiz Parvardin

Jab is an Executive Coach who focuses on creating authentic and empathetic connections to skilfully get to the root of issues and empower clients to create sustainable change. Using coaching as the foundation, he is focused on shifting culture in teams and organisations through leadership training and development. Jab draws on over 15 years of leadership and management experience, and is also a champion of diversity, equity and inclusivity.

He has worked with a wide range of clients including Farfetch, BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs, Nissan, Sport England and various UK sporting bodies, the NHS, Universities and Colleges in the UK, hospitality groups from the UK and Spain, and the charity Crisis.
